LADYFINGERS SEWING STUDIO CLASSES
Join us in our spacious and well-lit classroom for some wonderful
conversation and friendship while you learn or improve your quilting
skills!
Over the summer, Jane Townswick will continue her Saturday
hand applique class and Jen Sciple will lead the
the "sew whatever you want" Midnight Madness. In the fall, we will welcome back
Jane, Jen, Linda Hall, Gail Kessler - and maybe even a couple of
new instructors - with new and exciting classes.

Midnight Madness
Instructor - Jen Sciple
A day and
night for sewing... anything you want to bring! Jen will be on hand to help
cut, iron, and advise. Just bring any project you want to work on, your
machine (or call us to reserve a class machine), and general sewing
supplies. We will order pizza or subs for dinner and would request those attending
bring a small side dish to share.

Color-Blend Applique - 4th Sat. of the month
Instructor - Jane Townswick
Come join the fun and learn some new techniques as Jane continues her
applique class. Lessons will cover easy unit applique, layered applique, free form applique, hera-bias
stems and vines, choosing and blending colors for rich visual depth,
creating special effects, and more! These lessons are on-going -- you may start any month!

Instructor - Jen Sciple
This class will follow the
"Take 5" quilt pattern which has the following instructions - Take 5
minutes - Choose 5 fabrics - Make a fabulous quilt top in 5 hours!
This fun and simple quilt is for those looking for an easy project
to complete in one day. What a great idea for a Christmas present!

Class Registration and Information:
Checks should be made payable to the instructor unless otherwise noted. Class fee is due upon registration
and is for class instruction only - supplies and patterns are extra. A supply list (if applicable) will be
available when you sign up and pay for your class. If you cancel your class 8 or more days prior to the
beginning of class, a refund will be given. Any cancellations within 7 days of the class are non-refundable.
Hinkletown Sewing has graciously loaned us some classroom Berninas for your convenience. If you are interested
in using one of our classroom machines, please let us know when you register
and we will reserve one for you.
Classes begin at the scheduled time. Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to set up
for class. In fairness to fellow classmates, please do not ask the instructor to "catch you up" during
class time if you arrive late or miss a class. We also ask you to refrain from wearing perfume on your
class day as many people are sensitive to fragrances. Thank you!
