| How do I process a Return? | Unless otherwise indicated, All Orders for Fabric cut by the Yard, Kits, Patterns, Books & Software are Not Returnable. Other items eligible for Refund with the following requirements which needs to be emailed with your written request to: quiltshop@ladyfingerssewing.com
- Items must be returned un-opened in the original packaging.
- Request for Refund must be received within 30 days of Purchase
- You must Include your Order Number (from the receipt emailed to you)
- In your request, you Must Include your Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address & Mailing Address.
- Include a full description of the reason for the refund request
